A New Era in ULUSKON–League of Arab States Cooperation

Nezaket Emine Atasoy, President of ULUSKON (International Investment and Business Confederation) and United Nations Goodwill Ambassador, paid a courtesy visit to H.E. Dr. Malek Mousli, Head of Mission of the League of Arab States in Ankara, at the Mission headquarters.

During the meeting, which was held in a warm and constructive atmosphere, President Atasoy congratulated H.E. Dr. Malek Mousli on the commencement of his diplomatic mission in Türkiye and wished him every success in his tenure. She expressed her confidence that his appointment would make a significant contribution to further strengthening the relations between Türkiye and the League of Arab States.

The meeting also included discussions on advancing the long-standing friendship and cooperation between ULUSKON and the League of Arab States to a higher level. The two sides exchanged comprehensive views on potential joint projects and new opportunities for cooperation in the fields of economic diplomacy, trade, investment, and international business.

Furthermore, the parties discussed initiatives aimed at increasing the trade volume between Türkiye and the member states of the League of Arab States, enhancing investment opportunities, strengthening direct connections between business communities, and promoting the sustainable growth of bilateral economic relations. They also evaluated prospective projects that could be implemented in line with ULUSKON’s vision of expanding international commercial cooperation.

At the conclusion of the visit, both sides reaffirmed their goodwill and shared their mutual commitment to strengthening the friendship and cooperation between their respective institutions. As a gesture of goodwill and in commemoration of the occasion, President of ULUSKON Nezaket Emine Atasoy presented a commemorative plaque to H.E. Dr. Malek Mousli, Head of Mission of the League of Arab States in Ankara.

It was emphasized that the visit marked an important step toward further enhancing the institutional relations between ULUSKON and the League of Arab States, while also contributing to the strengthening of economic and commercial cooperation between Türkiye and the Arab countries.
