Nezaket Emine Atasoy Visits Public Officials and Business Leaders in Kastamonu

Nezaket Emine Atasoy, President of ULUSKON and United Nations Goodwill Ambassador, met with leading public officials and representatives of the business community as part of her program in Kastamonu.

During her visits, Atasoy held meetings with Serdar İzbeli, President of the Kastamonu Commodity Exchange; Oğuz Fındıkoğlu, President of the Kastamonu Chamber of Commerce and Industry; Hasan Baltacı, Mayor of Kastamonu; Cevat Taşkan, Mayor of Azdavay; Meftun Dallı, Governor of Kastamonu; Hakan Kubalı, Deputy Governor of Kastamonu; and Hasan Gümüş, Provincial Director of National Education of Kastamonu.

Held in a cordial atmosphere, the meetings focused on Kastamonu’s economic, commercial, tourism, and cultural potential, while also addressing national and international investment opportunities in the region. The participants exchanged views on potential areas of cooperation that could contribute to the development of the Western Black Sea Region and enhance international investment prospects.

ULUSKON President Nezaket Emine Atasoy emphasized that Kastamonu is one of Türkiye’s prominent cities thanks to its rich historical, cultural, and economic assets. She stated that various projects are being developed to increase the region’s visibility among international investors.

At the conclusion of the visits, Atasoy presented commemorative plaques to the officials and representatives in appreciation of their hospitality and their valuable contributions to the development of Kastamonu.

The meetings concluded with mutual expressions of goodwill and commemorative photographs. Atasoy stated that the contacts and discussions held in Kastamonu would contribute to the development of new partnerships aimed at supporting the region’s economic and social growth.
