VISIT FROM THE GAMBIAN AMBASSADOR TO ULUSKON PRESIDENT NEZAKET EMINE ATASOY

The Ambassador of the Republic of Gambia, Alkali Fanka Conteh, visited Nezaket Emine Atasoy, the President of the International Investment and Business Confederation (ULUSKON) and a United Nations Goodwill Ambassador, at the ULUSKON head office.

During the visit, cooperation opportunities in the fields of import, export, and investment between the Gambian Embassy and ULUSKON were discussed. In the meeting hosted by President Atasoy, Ambassador Conteh emphasized the importance they attach to collaboration between the two countries, highlighting significant cooperation potential particularly in the sectors of construction, agriculture, health, and tourism. President Atasoy, in turn, stated that ULUSKON is ready to engage in all forms of collaboration to strengthen trade relations between the two countries and underscored their commitment to guiding Turkish investors interested in investing in Gambia.

ULUSKON DELEGATION PREPARES FOR GAMBIA VISIT

This meeting, held ahead of the planned visit to Gambia, served as a preparatory session for the trip scheduled for December. Following the visit, the further detailing of trade agreements between Gambia and Turkey, as well as the implementation of concrete steps for the realization of cooperation projects, will be closely monitored.
