Nezaket Emine Atasoy, President of the International Investment and Business Confederation (ULUSKON), said, “We rushed to the aid of our citizens right after the earthquake. When the earthquake is over, we will continue to be with them during the healing of the wounds. In our opinion, the education of our orphaned children comes first among tother problems. We have already started working to meet the education expenses of 200 earthquake survivors throughout their education.”
In a written statement, ULUSKON President Nezaket Emine Atasoy said that after the earthquakes affecting 10 provinces in Turkey, they started a flow of aid to heal the wounds through their representatives as ULUSKON. ULUSKON President Atasoy stated that they with the start of the debris removal works, many problems related to the earthquake will arise, and said:
'WE HAVE STARTED WORK TO MEET THE EDUCATION COSTS'
“We will stand by our citizens until the end, together with our state. We worked in coordination with our governors in the region and AFAD in order to deliver the incoming aid to those in need in a healthy and quick way. With the teams we formed, we made an effort to supply food and other needs, especially search and rescue, and to deliver them to our citizens. While we were happy with each of our rescued citizens, we were overwhelmed with sadness for each and every life we lost. We think that with the start of the debris removal works in the region, many earthquake-related problems will arise. In our opinion, the education of our orphaned children comes first among other problems. We have already started working to meet the education expenses of 200 earthquake survivors throughout their education life. We will support our state with all our strength to heal the wounds. It is a day of unity and togetherness. As ULUSKON, we would like to thank all the institutions and individuals who took steps to help without saying a little or a lot.”
