ULUSKON Is Going to Lithuania with the Business Delegation

In the meeting held with Nezaket Emine Atasoy, President of the International Investment and Business Confederation (ULUSKON), Advisor to the United Nations (UNOPS) and Advisor to the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) and Lithuanian Ambassador Ricardas Degutis, it was emphasized that strategic steps should be taken to strengthen the cooperation between the two countries and increase the trade volume.

In her speech at the meeting, ULUSKON President Nezaket Emine Atasoy said that they want to increase exports, imports and investments between Turkey and Lithuania. The Lithuanian Ambassador drew attention to Turkey's growing economy and emphasized that increasing trade between the two countries would be mutually beneficial. It was stated that there is potential for cooperation in areas such as agricultural products, technology, energy and construction sector, especially textiles, machinery and medical textiles. The importance of increasing exports and imports between both countries was emphasized.

Lithuanian Embassy officials stated that they will direct efforts to increase exports, imports and investments between Turkey and Lithuania. ULUSKON and the Lithuanian Embassy announced that they will carry out joint studies for the realization of future projects and the development of cooperation.

Lithuanian Ambassador Ricardas Degutis stated that he would be very happy to see ULUSKON and Nezaket Atasoy in Lithuania. In this meeting held before the visit to Lithuania, a preliminary meeting was held for the visit to Lithuania to be held next October. After this visit, the steps to be taken to further elaborate the trade agreements between Lithuania and Turkey and to realize cooperation projects will continue to be closely monitored.
