ULUSKON President Nezaket Emine Atasoy, in her speech at the meeting, said that they want to expand their exports, imports and investments between Turkey and Belarus. Stating that as ULUSKON, they have carried out many projects that shape trade in different countries to date, Atasoy said, "After the decision to cooperate to increase the interaction between the two countries, especially in export, import and investment, as well as cultural and social interaction, together with the business people of ULUSKON. We are planning a visit with the program of our Belarusian ambassador.”
Ambassador Victor Rybak said, “The ties between Turkey and Belarus continue to grow stronger. We wish to significantly increase the volume of trade we currently have and to strengthen the dialogue between peoples. We have no doubt that the trade capacity of 1 billion dollars between the two countries will increase exponentially thanks to our cooperation with ULUSKON and that we will establish strong relations with Turkey in many sectors. We look forward to the visit of esteemed ULUSKON to Belarus. ULUSKON is able to offer opportunities in many sectors with the capacity of its business people, and I think that by shaping this in line with the needs of Belarus, we can identify the most effective sectors that will increase trade between the two countries and focus our work in this direction. After our consultation with ULUSKON, some of the sectors we intend to focus on are textiles, iron, steel, wood, cosmetics and pharmaceuticals.
