TURKISH DESIGN LEAVES ITS MARK IN DUBAI

The Ambassador of the Republic of Türkiye to Abu Dhabi, Lütfullah Göktaş, and the President of the International Investment and Business Confederation (ULUSKON) and United Nations Goodwill Ambassador, Nezaket Emine Atasoy, visited the special exhibition titled “Traces of Musafir” organized by Aslı Naz Atasoy as part of Dubai Design Week 2025.

This striking installation, designed by ANA Design Consultants, founded by Aslı Naz Atasoy, interprets the transience of life through light, shadow, and sound. The circular structure offers visitors a moment of reflection on the impermanence of the human journey, while the gradual fading of footprints on the ground as visitors walk through the space symbolizes how the traces of human existence dissolve into time.

During their visit, President Atasoy and Ambassador Göktaş also toured all the stands, exploring projects centered on design, sustainability, and innovation. Discussions highlighted potential avenues for collaboration between Türkiye and the United Arab Emirates in the fields of creative industries, technology, and investment.

The “Traces of Musafir” exhibition offered visitors a unique artistic experience, conveying themes of belonging, spirituality, and continuity through art.
