PUBLIC ANNOUNCEMENT

It has recently come to our attention, through meetings conducted with certain individuals and institutions as well as through social media posts, that a person who previously served within our organization has been presenting himself as if he is still affiliated with ULUSKON (International Investment and Business Confederation) and has been engaging in various contacts while attempting to create the impression that he remains connected with our institution.

Although the individual in question had previously been assigned to a specific region within the scope of certain activities carried out in the past, it was later determined that he acted outside the purpose and scope of those activities, engaged in contacts with different institutions and organizations without the knowledge or authorization of our institution, and made various attempts by using our institutional identity. For these reasons, all duties, authorities, and representation relationships with this individual have been definitively and irrevocably terminated.

Accordingly, we would like to clearly state that the aforementioned individual has no authority whatsoever to act on behalf of our institution, to exercise representation, conduct meetings, organize events, or carry out any activity using the name or corporate identity of our institution. Any statements, promotions, posts, or initiatives intended to create the impression that this person is acting on behalf of our institution are false and in no way binding on our organization.

Furthermore, the use by this individual of photographs from past periods and content that may create the impression of a connection with our institution in order to portray himself as affiliated with our organization is misleading, untrue, and has the potential to damage the institutional reputation and credibility of our organization.

We would like to emphasize to the public that no meetings, contacts, or transactions conducted using the name of our institution are binding on ULUSKON, and that all such initiatives are carried out without the knowledge or approval of our organization.

Creating a misleading perception among third parties by using the name, corporate identity, and reputation of our institution is unlawful, and in this regard necessary legal and criminal proceedings will be initiated immediately against the relevant individual, and all of our legal rights will be exercised with determination.

We kindly request the public and the business community not to give credence to such misleading initiatives, and respectfully inform that further updates will be provided as developments occur.
