PRESIDENT ATASOY VISITED THE SAUDI ARABIAN EMBASSY

The President of the International Investment and Business Confederation (ULUSKON) and United Nations Goodwill Ambassador, Nezaket Emine Atasoy, visited the Saudi Arabian Embassy in Ankara and met with His Excellency Ambassador Fahad A. Abualnasr. During the meeting, discussions focused on increasing the trade volume between the two countries, expanding areas of cooperation, and planning future joint projects.

Ambassador Fahad A. Abualnasr emphasized the high potential for collaboration in strategic sectors such as construction, tourism, healthcare, and defense. He stated, “These sectors are of great importance for both Saudi Arabia and Turkey. Through joint projects, we can further diversify and strengthen these partnerships.”

Nezaket Emine Atasoy highlighted the growing interest of the Turkish business community in Saudi Arabia, saying, “We sincerely desire to enhance mutual investments. I believe that we can take this potential even further through our collaborative efforts.”

Ambassador Abualnasr expressed his pleasure in hosting President Atasoy and ULUSKON members in Saudi Arabia, inviting them to visit the country. President Atasoy, in turn, stated their willingness to engage in all kinds of cooperation to strengthen relations between the two countries.

During the meeting, President Atasoy proposed organizing business cooperation forums in Turkey and Saudi Arabia to bring together representatives from the business communities of both nations. She expressed ULUSKON’s readiness to cover all expenses for these forums, adding, “We would be delighted to host Saudi investors in Turkey.”

Ambassador Abualnasr welcomed this proposal with great enthusiasm, noting that such events would provide opportunities for business representatives to explore new collaboration prospects and further strengthen economic ties between the two countries.
