PRESIDENT ATASOY HOSTED THE DEPUTY HEAD OF MISSION OF THE GEORGIAN EMBASSY IN ANKARA

ECONOMIC COOPERATION BETWEEN TURKEY AND GEORGIA DISCUSSED

Nezaket Emine Atasoy, President of the International Investment and Business Confederation (ULUSKON) and United Nations Goodwill Ambassador, hosted George Meskheli, Deputy Head of Mission of the Georgian Embassy in Ankara, at the ULUSKON Headquarters.

NEW TRADE PARTNERSHIPS ON THE AGENDA

During the visit, discussions were held on enhancing trade relations between Turkey and Georgia, strengthening connections between the business communities of both countries, and exploring mutual investment opportunities. In the meeting hosted by President Atasoy, George Meskheli stated that Georgia is open to joint cooperation particularly in the fields of logistics, energy, agriculture, and tourism.

President Atasoy emphasized that ULUSKON is fully prepared to support the business community in advancing economic relations with Georgia. Both parties agreed on the importance of increasing bilateral trade volume and expressed a mutual interest in developing joint projects and facilitating direct engagement between businesspeople.

President Atasoy invited the Turkish business community to explore investment opportunities in Georgia, while the Georgian representative expressed his confidence in and satisfaction with the growing cooperation.

President Atasoy thanked Deputy Head of Mission George Meskheli for his kind visit.
