INVESTMENT MEETING HELD BETWEEN TURKEY AND AUSTRIA UNDER THE CHAIRMANSHIP OF ULUSKON

International Investment and Business Confederation (ULUSKON) Chairman and International Human Rights Defense Committee (IHRDC) Goodwill Ambassador Nezaket Emine Atasoy, Austrian Commercial Attaché Dr. Christian Maier and Austrian Business Agency (ABA) International Advisor Peter Ch. Löschl met at the ULUSKON headquarters. At the meeting, investment and cooperation between the two countries were discussed.

At the meeting, which was attended by business people within the body of ULUSKON, presentations were made about the activities carried out on various sectors such as defense, health and agriculture. Austrian Business Agency (ABA) International Advisor Peter Ch. Löschl, on the other hand, answered all the questions after giving a step-by-step presentation on how trade and investment can be made in Austria and stated that they would offer all kinds of assistance.

“WE WANT TO GROW EXPORTS, IMPORTS AND INVESTMENTS BETWEEN TURKEY AND AUSTRIA”

The opening speech of the meeting was held by ULUSKON President Nezaket Emine Atasoy whom said, “We want to increase exports, imports and investments between Turkey and Austria. As ULUSKON, we have carried out many works from different regions that has had a positive impact on trade, and I have no doubt that this will continue. There has been very positive relations between Turkey and Austria for a long time, so it is in our hands to further develop the cooperation between the two countries. Atasoy also stated that she is ready to visit Austria as a delegation of business people from ULUSKON, with a program to be created by the Austrian Embassy.

'OUR TARGET IS MORE COOPERATION AND INVESTMENT WITH TURKEY'

Austrian Business Agency (ABA) International Advisor Peter Ch. Löschl, on the other hand, said, “Austria is a very important place in terms of opportunities and Europe is a gateway for Turkey in terms of investment, import and export. Thank you very much for the wonderful hospitality of ULUSKON and after our meeting today, I am sure that ULUSKON will serve as an important bridge between the two countries in the fields of trade and investment.”

Austrian Commercial Attaché Dr. Christian Maier said, “We are very pleased with the work we have done with ULUSKON and we aim to continue and further develop our cooperation. We are always ready to facilitate the interaction between business people and investment opportunities in both countries.”
