International Investment and Business Confederation (ULUSKON) President, United Nations (UNOPS) Consultant and World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) Consultant Nezaket Emine Atasoy, together with her delegation, visited Waleed Bin Abdul Kerim El-Khereiji, Ambassador of Saudi Arabia to Ankara. Within the scope of the visit, the issues of increasing the trade volume between the two countries, expanding the areas of cooperation and planning future cooperation activities were discussed. Within the scope of the visit, the business world of both countries came together to better evaluate cooperation opportunities. The meeting, which focused especially on economic opportunities and cooperation areas, provided an important platform for the two countries to make the most of their economic potential. Cooperation opportunities in sectors such as energy, construction, technology, tourism, health and agriculture were discussed.
The strategic importance of these sectors for both countries allows future cooperation projects to diversify and strengthen. In the meeting organizing events such as delegation visits and business forums were also discussed. It was aimed to create opportunities for the business people of the two countries to come together and explore new cooperation opportunities and projects. Such events aim to enable business people to establish closer contact and to better evaluate the potential of cooperation.
ULUSKON President Nezaket Emine Atasoy, in her statement, expressed her belief that the cooperation between Turkey and Saudi Arabia will get stronger in the future. President Nezaket Emine Atasoy stated that the steps to be taken to increase the trade volume between the two countries and to expand the areas of cooperation will greatly contribute to the economic development of both countries. Ambassador Waleed Bin Abdul Kerim El-Khereiji said, “We would like to see the Turkish business world in these projects.”
Afterwards, the Ambassador presented President Atasoy with a plaque that includes important projects planned to be carried out in Saudi Arabia.
