Atasoy Celebrated the 40th Anniversary of TRNC and Republic Day

The 40th Founding Anniversary of TRNC and 15 November Republic Day were celebrated. President Atasoy emphasized the historical meaning of the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus on these important days and conveyed her congratulatory message with the following words:

"I congratulate the 40th Founding Anniversary of the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus and the 15 November Republic Day. I commemorate the founding President of the TRNC, Rauf Denktaş, with respect and mercy, and convey my love to the Turkish Cypriot people who are enthusiastic about the Republic."

While emphasizing the meaning of these celebrations, President Atasoy also commemorated Rauf Denktaş, the founder of TRNC. At the same time, she shared the enthusiasm of the Republic Day with the Turkish Cypriot people and gave messages of unity and solidarity.

While these celebrations represented an important turning point in the historical adventure of the TRNC, they once again showed that the Turkish Cypriot people look to the future with hope in unity and solidarity.
