AMBASSADOR OF CAMBODIA VISITS PRESIDENT ATASOY

Ambassador Sok Chea of Cambodia Republic and Commercial Attaché Keo Buntheng visited Nezaket Emine Atasoy, the president of the International Investment and Business Confederation (ULUSKON) and United Nations Goodwill Ambassador, at the ULUSKON Headquarters.

TRADE VOLUME BETWEEN TÜRKİYE AND CAMBODIA WILL BE INCREASED

During the visit, discussions were held between the ambassador of Cambodia and the president of ULUSKON regarding cooperation in the areas of import, export, and investment. Ambassador Sok Chea, hosted by the president Atasoy, emphasized the importance they attach to cooperation between the two countries and expressed his desire to take steps to expand trade volume in particular. The potential for trade in the defense industry, textiles, and agriculture was highlighted.

President Atasoy stated that ULUSKON is ready for any kind of cooperation to strengthen commercial relations between the two countries and expressed their determination to guide Turkish investors who wish to invest in Cambodia. President Atasoy invited relevant Cambodian businesspeople and investors to ULUSKON to expand trade volume. Ambassador Sok Chea also said he would be honored to welcome the president of ULUSKON, Nezaket Emine Atasoy, to Cambodia for upcoming programs.

Steps will be taken and collaborations will be established in various sectors, such as the defense industry, agriculture, and textiles, to increase the trade volume between Cambodia and Türkiye.
