
Ambassador Iddi Seif Bakari Addressed the International Western Black Sea Economic Cooperation Summit
Organized under the leadership of ULUSKON in cooperation with the Kastamonu Chamber of Commerce and Industry and the Kastamonu Commodity Exchange, the International Western Black Sea Economic Cooperation Summit, held on 28–30 July 2026, served as an important platform for strengthening international economic cooperation. Bringing together ambassadors and diplomatic mission representatives from 15 countries, public officials, and leading figures from the business community, the summit featured the panel titled "Global Trade and Regional Cooperation Opportunities from the Perspectives of Ambassadors" on its opening day, attracting significant attention from participants.
During the panel, H.E. Iddi Seif Bakari, Ambassador of the United Republic of Tanzania to the Republic of Türkiye, shared his views on further enhancing the economic relations between Türkiye and Tanzania. Emphasizing the importance of increasing bilateral trade volume, diversifying investment opportunities, and strengthening sustainable economic partnerships between Türkiye and Africa, Ambassador Bakari presented his perspectives on the future of cooperation between the two countries. His address was followed with great interest by business leaders and members of the diplomatic community, making a valuable contribution to the panel discussions.
