Belarus Trade Counsellor Ruslan Kizelevich Addressed the International Western Black Sea Economic Cooperation Summit
Organized under the leadership of ULUSKON in cooperation with the Kastamonu Chamber of Commerce and Industry and the Kastamonu Commodity Exchange, the International Western Black Sea Economic Cooperation Summit, held in Kastamonu on 28–30 July 2026, served as an important gathering focused on advancing international trade and economic relations. Bringing together ambassadors, diplomatic mission representatives, public institutions, and members of the business community from various countries, the summit featured the panel titled "Global Trade and Regional Cooperation Opportunities from the Perspectives of Ambassadors" on its first day, where regional and global opportunities for economic cooperation were discussed.
During the panel, Ruslan Kizelevich, Trade Counsellor of Belarus, shared his assessments on further developing the economic and commercial relations between Türkiye and Belarus. Emphasizing the importance of expanding bilateral trade, exploring new investment opportunities, and diversifying existing economic cooperation, Kizelevich presented his views on taking mutual commercial relations to a higher level. His remarks were followed with great interest by diplomatic representatives and members of the business community attending the summit.
